Episode 7 The right way and wrong way to take action for liberty

Brett Lindell is a USMC veteran and successful businessman who resides in Walton County, FL. He has been in the liberty space since his early 20s when he interned for Ron Paul. His experiences in both the political sphere and as an accomplished entrepreneur give him an informed point of view on the right ways and the wrong ways to take action for liberty.

I initially heard Brett in a conversation he had with Marc Clair from the Lions of Liberty podcast. Brett emphasized the need to take “action, action, action” taking inspiration from the classic Marshawn Lynch quote, “I’m just about that action, boss!”

I wanted to explore that sentiment in a bit more depth. I had Brett contrast that to another pithy quote “Never mistake action for accomplishment”. What’s the difference? How can we be more effective in the actions we take? What can each of us be doing individually to advance the ball for liberty?

Brett is also the founder of the 30A Club, “the most radical room in Florida”, as he describes it. We get into some of the details about how he runs the club, what its mission is, and where he sees it going in the future. Recently, they were honored to have esteemed guest, Gov. DeSantis’s bulldog press secretary, Christina Pushaw, come and speak at a meeting of theirs.

And naturally we wade into a bit of a discussion about Trump vs. DeSantis because how can you not?

Brett even has a standing invitation to anyone who wants to start a business or get off the bench in any capacity that they can contact him for some insight about how you can take action. If you’ve been wondering what you can do to advance the ball for liberty and how to do it, this is well worth the listen.
